If you're not quite sure Scuba Diving is for you, the best way to experience firsthand the sport of scuba diving is to come in for one of our "Discover Scuba" sessions. You'll get a chance to try Scuba Diving without having to commit to an entire class.

This low-stress, fun experience takes place in the calm conditions of a pool, starting in very shallow water with your Certified Instructor present to help make the whole time you're in the water safe and enjoyable, as well as answering the questions you no doubt will have! During the Discover Scuba session, you will be introduced to some of the equipment, basic safety rules, and when you are comfortable some of the basic skills from the beginner scuba class.

If, after the Discover Scuba session you are "hooked" on learning to Scuba Dive, all you need to do is stop in and register for the next available beginner certification class......in fact, you'll already have started your class by taking the Discover Scuba experience. The skills you perform for your instructor will give you a "leg up" towards the beginner scuba class.

The Discover Scuba sessions are generally run in conjunction with our Open Water Scuba Class. You'll join in the fun during one of the pool sessions of this class.

The cost for an evening of fun and adventure is just $45.00. This is a great way for families, or groups of friends to spend time together having fun and learning something new!

We provide all the equipment necessary for the pool; all you need to bring is a swimsuit, towel, the required waiver form, and a willingness to have FUN!

Important Note:
Scuba diving is an exciting and demanding activity. To scuba dive safely, you must not be extremely overweight or out of condition. Diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. A person with heart trouble, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, a severe medical problem, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, should not dive. If taking medication, consult your doctor before participating in this program.
